Hello, I'm Alex Mayne, an aspiring music tech with experience in managing large events and getting the venue set up promptly.
While at college I produced ads using Foley and sound design with my knowledge of Avid Pro Tools, Ableton Live and Apple Logic. I have also worked on live shows on an X32 mix desk and produced and released music. In my spare time, I work on producing Dolby Atmos Mixs and code in multiple languages.
While at college I got my self work experience at the local radio station Wycombe Sound where I also ran a drive-time show playing music I had produced and speaking in a Q&A to a broadcast audience of 1500 people.
On the right I have compiled a video of all of my projects for sound for film, and in the process of producing the sounds I have learned about recording organic sounds in controlled and uncontrolled environments, and how to produce sound using basic oscillated waves by modifying them with pitch adjustment and eqs. I have also produced music to ads keeping an exciting upbeat feel to them, keeping the viewer engaged and the content relevant to what can be seen.
